Ordering
Your ordering is done online (this is a website store after all) and you need to verify the information you provide is accurate. Your credit card payments are processed and verified through PayPal, and we require that your shipping address match the billing address of your credit card.

Shipping
After we receive your order we will review your order and process it for shipping within 7-10 business days. If during the course of our review of your order we may require additional information to complete your order. Also, in the event we have a "situation" in our shipping department that would prevent us from shipping your order within the time we promised, we will contact you to let you know of the possible delay. (In the event we need to contact you, the more ways you give us to contact you when you place the order, the easier it will be for us to let you know the status of your order.) If, for whatever reason, we do not ship all or part of your order, your payment for the undelivered portion of your order will be returned to you.

When your shipment arrives, you should examine the shipment for damage prior to accepting it from the carrier. If the shipment is damaged on its way to you, please notify your carrier, do not accept the shipment, and notify us as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds
There are NO REFUNDS on orders we accept and deliver to you. Please make sure you take your measurements and select sizes carefully.
